Hockey Canada Concussion Policy Survey

Hockey Canada takes safety in the game very seriously. In order for Hockey Canada to continue to support the implementation of safe practice around concussion prevention to those that deliver the game, it is important that we get the feedback of Members, Minor Hockey Associations, and leagues specific to some of the important safety steps we have taken in the area of concussions.

We would ask that you complete the survey linked to below which will assist us in continuing to make our game safe!   We would like the survey to be completed by Friday, May 11th, 2018.
