***REMINDER*** SPRMHA Annual General Meeting

***REMINDER***
The Sherwood Parkdale Rural Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at 6:30 pm in the Maplewood Room.
To ensure the safety of our attendees, we will have a limited number of seats available. This will be done, to ensure we adhere to the Chief Public Health Office guidelines, of no more than 50 people indoor and outdoor while maintaining physical distancing of 6 feet (2 meters). Therefore, attendees will need to pre-register to attend. Taking into consideration, there are 15 Board Members, a maximum number of 35 attendees may attend. The first 35 attendees will be permitted to attend.

Attendees will be expected to follow these guidelines while attending the AGM
The meeting agenda will consist of the following:
A call for nominations for Executive Board Positions was done on May 6, 2020, and closed on June 1, 2020. Names submitted for nominations are:
Vice President - Aaron Baglole
Treasurer - John O'Brien
Under 7 (Pre-Novice) Director - Cale Pierce
Under 13 (PeeWee) Director - Corey Drake
Under 15 (Bantam) Director - Adam Clarke
Female Director #2 - Scott McCabe

Attendees will be expected to follow these guidelines while attending the AGM
- Attendees will be required to enter the Maple Room using the main entrance to the Maple Room
- Attendees will be required to sign a Screening Questionnaire/Contact Tracing Waiver
- Attendees will be required to wash their hands (hand sanitizer will be provided)
- Attendees will not be provided paper copies of reports, electronic copies can be requested
- Attendees will be required to maintain physical distancing of 6 feet (2 meters) at all times
- Attendees will be required to exit the Maple Room using the main entrance to the Maple Room
- Attendees are not required to wear masks, however, it can be an additional measure you can take to protect others around you, even if you have no symptoms. (Subject to change)
