U15 A Level Ice Time Reminder

A reminder to all U15 players, there is an A-Level ice time tonight at 8:10 PM at Cody Banks.
Please ensure you come partially dressed and wearing a mask as they are now mandatory for all ice activities.

A reminder to check your child for COVID-like symptoms prior to each on-ice activity. The screening questionnaire can be found here: http://sprmha.com/page.php?page_id=122815
If you have answered “YES” to any of the questions, please DO NOT send your child to on-ice activities at this time. Consult your health care provider or call 811 to determine when you can return to on-ice activities and whether you need to be tested for COVID19
