U11 B Ice Time Announcement

All U11 B players are invited to an ice time Tuesday, October 20th at 5:30 pm - Cody Banks
Doors will open at 5:15 pm.
Players are required to arrive at the rink dressed and ready to go on the ice.
A reminder to check your player for COVID-like symptoms prior to each on-ice activity. The screening questionnaire can be found here: http://sprmha.com/page.php?page_id=122815
If you have answered “YES” to any of the questions, please DO NOT send your player to on-ice activities at this time. Consult your health care provider or call 811 to determine when you can return to on-ice activities and whether you need to be tested for COVID19
If you have answered “No” to all the above questions, you may send your player to on-ice activities.
