RE: EASE OF CIRCUIT BREAKER RESTRICTIONS AHEAD OF PROVINCIALS / LEAGUE PLAYOFFS
As announced by the Chief Public Health Office, circuit breaker measures will be eased beginning Saturday, March 13th at 8:00 AM. This comes as great news to Hockey PEI which will permit the 2020-21 Provincial Championships to go ahead, barring no further setbacks before March 19th.
The reduced restrictions will mean the following for organized recreational sports to include Hockey PEI activities.
Hockey PEI looks forward to executing and completing the 2020-21 Hockey Season including both Provincial Championship weekends in a safe and exciting manner and wants to extend its appreciation to all members who have been understanding during these challenging times.
Kind regards,
Robert MacMillan
