***IMPORTANT*** GAME SHEET APP UPDATE ***IMPORTANT***
2021-10-31***PLEASE READ*** If you are going to be doing the clock or scoring for a SPRMHA home game this season****
Sorry for sending this out to everyone in SPRMHA but emails are getting missed and we need to make sure whoever is doing the clock and game sheet is getting this information
Cody Banks and Bell Aliant Center each have two Ipads. Make sure when you are done using them you put them back and plug them in.
1. First off you DO NOT need to use Gamesheet for Exhibition games. Only regular-season games.
2. You will get your league ID and team ID from your league coordinator. You will need the league ID to login to the ipads at the rink. Your team ID is used to check team rosters.
3. You can download the app to your own Ipad following this link
https://help.gamesheet.app/article/6-installing-scoring-app this isn't a bad idea if you have access to one.
4. DO the training videos ahead of time so you can familiarize yourself with the app. On-demand training videos available here: https://help.gamesheet.app/article/29-training-videos
5. Game Day. Open the app, find your game and upload it. Have each coach review the roster and sign off. Have the refs do their part of the app. Score the game. Have refs review the game. Have the refs lock the game. Upload the game using the prompt.
DO NOT FORGET TO UPLOAD THE GAME.
