On behalf of the Central Attack Committee, we are very excited to make the following announcement.
After careful thought and deliberation, the Central Attack Hockey Club has been given approval by Hockey PEI to undertake a two-year pilot project at the U15 level for Central Attack.
In order to ensure that the maximum number of players are able to participate at the appropriate level of hockey the following policy will be implemented for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 hockey seasons.
If there are 100 + players registered between Sherwood Parkdale Rural Minor Hockey Association and Charlottetown Minor Hockey the Central Attack Hockey Club will field one U15 AAA Team and two U15 AA teams.
Based on our current forecast for registered players; which is based on historical numbers the Central Attack Hockey Club is anticipating 100+ registrants at the U15 level for the 2023/24 season.
Therefore for the 2023/24 season, we anticipate hosting one U15 AAA team and two U15 AA teams.
We are looking forward to a great hockey season and cannot wait to see everyone at the rink.
