Welcome everyone to the 2023/24 U7 Season!
My name is Nick McGregor and I am the U7 Director/Development Coordinator this year. I plan
on being on the ice and taking the lead for the pre-season but I am looking for some
volunteers to help out with coaching for the rest of the regular season. No previous experience
is necessary and a basic outline of practice plans will be provided. For the 4-5-year-old group
parents are more than welcome to come on the ice for the entire season with the kids and help
them to enjoy the beginnings of their minor hockey careers. For the younger kids, it is most
important to have fun as they learn the basics and I feel that this is best accomplished with lots
of support from a family member on the ice. So, bring your skates, helmets, gloves, stick and a
positive, encouraging attitude!
